England is about to incorporate a clause in its Online Safety Bill that protects people with epilepsy. Zach’s Law outlaws the sending of flashing images by email or social media, if a person with epilepsy might see them. Cyberbullying against people with epilepsy is an issue in America. We need an American version of Zach’s Law.
